(KRON) -- A person was arrested for driving under the influence following a hit-and-run collision Monday night in Petaluma.Around 7:41 p.m., police received a report of a black Range Rover that collided into a parked car in the 100 block of Payran Street. The driver of the Range Rover drove off shortly after the collision, Petaluma police said. Multiple people shot in Hayward on 4th of July Officers later located an unoccupied Range Rover with damage to its front passenger side in the 700 block of North Kentucky Street. The registered owner of the car was found to have an address in the surrounding area, police said.Petaluma PD made contact with the owner of the Ranger Rover, Scott Corda, at his residence and determined he was responsible for the collision after objective signs of him being under the influence of alcohol. On Tuesday, wildlife officers were called to a fledging bald eagle that was found injured in Douglas County. ‘Nuisance’ mountain lion relocated after multiple incidents in Pagosa Springs Visitors to the area had reported that the eaglet had been acting strange for a few days.CPW was able to carefully capture the fledging and take it to Birds of Prey, a foundation that works to rehabilitate and release injured birds. A Miami man, identified as Kristopher Exile, 35, is facing serious charges of second-degree murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery, along with burglary to an unoccupied conveyance, following a brutal attack on a victim.According to the arrest report, on April 4, North Miami Beach Police officers responded to a distress call reporting a violent assault with a bat.
